Mission

Saving the Wild. Saving us.

RAPTOR Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing conservation education and STEM learning to life through hands-on experiences. From Pre-K classrooms to retirement centers to community spaces across Greater Cincinnati, we connect people of all ages with the natural world. We succeed when neighbors leave our programs smiling, knowing more, calmer, and more connected to the wild and to our entire community. Nature can be the best medicine. Saving the wild saves us.

RAPTOR Inc. advances conservation education and STEM principles for people of all ages in Greater Cincinnati using orphaned, injured, and sick birds of prey as powerful, real-world teaching tools that deepen scientific literacy and inspire lifelong environmental responsibility.

Our Vision

We see a vibrant community that knows its raptors by name through our accesible programs. The wounds and stories of RAPTOR Hospital patients become part of the best science lessons children or grandparents ever have.

Our neighbors understand the nature over our heads and under our feet, and we are all protecting it.

Heal a bird, and you help one raptor. Tell its story, and the sky's the limit.

Saving the wild. Saving us.

Our work with birds of prey is conducted under permits from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Department of Agriculture, ensuring that the care and recovery of raptors in need meets regulatory standards while supporting high-quality educational experiences.
