How Do We Educate?

Dan giving a talk to students

Some birds may recover from their injuries, but can no longer survive in the wild successfully. These birds will have a permanent home at RAPTOR, Inc. In some cases, we may place birds with other licensed agencies. RAPTOR has special permits from State and Federal agencies to care for these birds. Some birds are used to provide educational programs for various organizations: schools, scouting groups, nursing homes and other organizations.

An experienced volunteer will give an informative presentation about each bird and talk about habitat, feeding and other behavior as well as the important role that these birds play in our environment.
If you would like to schedule a program call 513-825-3325 or e-mail raptor@raptorinc.org.
